"Zac was a very open minded coach, and a great listener to his players. While being an import player for him, if there were any adjustments needed in practice, he would always listen, and give you the free will to step up, and be vocal about things that should be changed in the most positive way possible. He never does too much yelling. He would also involve opinions from the imports about finding players, and EU imports to the front office, and he made us feel as if our opinions mattered as much as anyone else in the organization. Zac has a great character, and he's always spreading positivity."

"My experience of competing against Coach Zac has been as an opponent with him on the opposite side of the field, so our relationship as a coach and player was to best each other in all phases of the game; as a result neither of us could go home happy at the end of the day!

And despite that circumstance, we both went home happy in my perspective, because despite my team taking the win on the score board, coach Zac took the double win in life, because he later reached out to me and not only expressed how impressed he was by my performance, but he gave me tips and advice that’s elevated my game beyond the performance I was already capable of displaying.
