Quarterback training that builds real mechanics.
Footwork, throwing mechanics and decision-making, coached one-on-one so every rep counts. For youth, middle school and high school quarterbacks around Columbus.
Coach Zac Saleski played professionally in the Arena League and the CFL. Today he coaches back-to-back national champion Ohio State Club Football and was named NCFA Assistant Coach of the Year.
What we work on
Every session starts with where your quarterback is now and builds the habits coaches look for on film.
Footwork and drops
Three- and five-step drops, shotgun footwork and play action, with the feet staying under every throw.
Throwing mechanics
Grip, base, hip and shoulder sequence and follow-through for better accuracy and velocity.
Pocket movement
Climbing, sliding and resetting the feet under pressure without losing the read.
Reading defenses
Pre-snap coverage looks, progressions and knowing where the ball should go before the snap.
Ball handling
Clean mesh points, convincing fakes and RPO footwork that hold defenders.
Film review
Break down game film to find the habits costing completions and build a plan to fix them.

Quarterback questions
How young can a quarterback start private training?
Any age that can focus through a session. Good mechanics are much easier to build early than to fix later.
Can you help my quarterback throw harder?
Most velocity comes from the lower body and the order the body moves in. We clean up mechanics so the ball comes out faster without overworking the arm.
Can my quarterback bring receivers?
Yes. Book a group session for up to 6 athletes to work on timing together.
Can you help my quarterback get recruited?
Yes. See recruiting services for consultations and ongoing guidance.
