Running back training for vision and burst.
Footwork, reading blocks and protecting the ball, coached one-on-one by a run game coordinator who knows exactly what the blocking up front is designed to do.
Coach Zac Saleski played professionally in the Arena League and the CFL. Today he is the offensive line coach and run game coordinator for back-to-back national champion Ohio State Club Football and was named NCFA Assistant Coach of the Year.

Running back questions
My son is fast but runs into the back of his linemen. Can you help?
Yes. That is usually a vision and patience issue. We teach backs to read the blocks and press the hole so they hit the crease at full speed.
Why work on pass protection?
Coaches trust backs who can protect the quarterback. It is often the difference between playing every down and coming off the field on third down.
Can my running back train with his linemen?
Yes. Book a group session for up to 6 athletes to work on the run game together.
Can you help my running back get recruited?
Yes. See recruiting services for consultations and ongoing guidance.
See the hole. Hit the hole.
